I have been waiting for over two weeks for them to send me my binder deposit back. When my realtor asked them about it, they stated that they forgot to put it in the mail. They promised to put in the mail on Monday, February 26th and as of March 2nd, I still have not received it back. This place seems to lack organization and decency.
