Update: 1 year later. Only half the case handled. Started process Jan 22. Went to court Oct 22. Took another 4 months to get the temporary hearing signed. Jan 13, 22 was told they would send the finalization to other party’s lawyer. Called weekly. No results. Always told “they’re in court. They are in with a client”. Is that not I am?! Feb 24, 22 was told by another employee that paperwork had NOT been sent and they will work on it. This is a joke and has caused/ allowed more drama than it ever should have. 6 months and still waiting for any movement or results for a simple case. Paid $3k in January, here it is June with almost nothing to show for. No one ever responds to calls or emails. The receptionist is always saying no one is ever in the office. Literally 2 weeks the phones were down? Crystal is horrible to deal with and always full of excuses. The one I hear a lot is “we are catching up on cases”. Well you shouldn’t take on more than you can handle! They should have been up front with that information in the beginning and I would’ve chose a different lawyer not as unorganized and over Loaded. The other parties lawyer will respond to my lawyer (Danny) and that paperwork will just sit there until I FINALLY get someone to speak to me and find it. I don’t understand how this is even legal. You pay for a service that you’re not receiving? Would not recommend at all unless you have plenty of time to sit on! I wasn’t expecting an overnight delivery, but 6 months with nothing is absurd.
Literally the worst. They lack any sort of communication. They no show our phone appointments and never return calls within a week. Danny is condescending. Honestly we are full of regret hiring this firm.
Rude. They charge a lot for services especially for senior citizens. Typical.
