Rob Dubyak took over $4K of money from my family working a simple boundary line/survey dispute with a neighbor, with no results. He took this money because he refused to file a quite title and represent us in court. For 13 months, he charged for reviewing the same documents, reaching out to the other party, working for a "settlement", when we hired Dubyak, Esq. he said, “we may have to file and litigate our issues in court”. My wife and I told Rob to file over, and over again. Yet Rob persisted in revisiting months old documents, convincing us he would “take one more stab” at resolution outside of court. In fact, Rob charged us for review of a counteroffer from the neighbor that we (the client) red-lined ourselves. In other words, Rob received an offer from the opposition, ignored it for weeks, we the client red-lined our response to that offer: and Rob Dubyak Esq. charged his clients for doing what he was hired to do. Absurd. Once we stopped paying invoices for repetitive back and forth with the other party and had to be aggressive with our own lawyer, Rob finally admitted that he did not have the time to represent our case in court. Short story, this guy will take your money, not do what you hire him to do, and will dump you because he has other high paying corporate clients. For 13 months... we had to constantly call, email, and text to ask, "what is going on". In 13 months, this lawyer ignored us for 2-8 weeks at a time, in between charging for reviewing the same case over and over again, every single time we spoke to him. The most rotten of lawyers. Do not hire Rob Dubyak for anything important to you. Rob said it would take $20K to handle our case. My wife and I found another firm that filed in 7-days of our signing an agreement, and capped the expense to $7K. When I told Rob this, he said, “then you should take that offer.” Rob Dubyak, Esq. is not for the individual, he only works for the fastest and most profitable cases he can find. However, he will still take your money for as long as you are willing to put up with Rob's drawn-out lack of action.

This firm sends out poorly written and legally insufficient cease and desist letters. This is done in representation of one known to put computer viruses in intellectual property that violates another's copyright. In a real state, these losers would never even have a license to practice law.
