Wonderful atmosphere, friendly receptionist, very knowledgeable and well-educated attorneys.
My lawyer was Tom Chadwick. He was expensive AND WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY. Court day came and my anxiety was at an all time high, but Tom was prepared with multiple different case laws from multiple different angles making it literally impossible to see it any other way. I was scared, but he was so kind and so reassuring! He didn't make promises that he was unsure of and he was incredibly knowledgeable! I'm beyond blessed by his presence on my case! Edit it and: I just recorded a check in the mail for over billing. They didn't need to spend the amount of hours billed and were HONEST!!! I WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN BUT THEY HONEST WITH ME! How they didn't use all the hours and were as prepared as they were is completely beyond me! Couldn't of asked or wished for a better experience!
This firm just sent me a customer satisfaction survey, lol. They have no clue what they are doing and your be better off representing yourself as you'll find yourself doing anyway if engaged in services with them. They should be investigated for improper use of public funds.
If I could give zero I would, I literally begged Eric for help with no response in 3 days , I am going through a divorce with no children and in 4 plus months have only exchanged financial paperwork. I told Eric/ Duff Chadwick that it needs to end and nothing is happening and got no response. Am actually firing them and going to my companies attorneys so something will actually get resolved and I can actually get a response. As I said on Saturday I actually begged them the help me and because of the text I see it was read on Saturday and it’s after 5 on Monday and know response. You want representation and your not a millionaire go elsewhere
Took advantage of my grandmother she told them she was tight on money and instead of telling her we need a 10k retainer fee he takes 300 from her and sends a letter out we were planning on sending certified and he didn't even do that. Waste of time. Worthless took advantage of an old lady to take her money ????
