I am a real estate agent. My client closed last week. It has now been a week and I still have not gotten my commission. I have called and emailed. They were to wire my payment. They said they mailed it Friday, then it changed to Tuesday. They were never to mail it in the first place. The communication has been terrible since the beginning. I will never use this office to close a deal again. I had to get my broker involved and they haven't called him back either. Stay far away from them. My net to seller came over at the 11th hour. Everything I asked for was last minute. I highly do NOT recommend this office as a title/closing agency.
