Absolutely terrible experience with these clowns. I was directed to them via my Employee Assistance Program (EAP) in regards to a very small issue concerning a seller's disclosure error. The first person left me in limbo for a week, then passed me along to a different lawyer with more experience in real estate. That lawyer was busy with trial, so he passed me to Brenda Benitez. She has been non-existent and impossible to get a hold of. She asked for the disclosure and names of the sellers so she could run a conflict of interest check. That was nearly two months ago. She has not responded to my emails or returned my calls. Save yourself the time and energy of working with people that don't want your business. Go somewhere else.
My wife and I needed to do estate planning for our family and Bill was great to work with. He made the whole process easy, simple and made us feel very comfortable. I would recommend Bill to everyone!
