I have this firm on retainer for my LLC business. I have experienced nothing but professionalism, attentiveness, politeness, and most importantly, patience (I'm one who let's thing slide through the cracks). I have never felt like a number with them. Just based off of my personal experience, I would highly recommend this firm.
These people complained that I called requesting a closing contact for a real estate closing. They said I shouldn't be calling because they're "too busy to talk to me, what do you want?" Completely rude and anything but professional. I suggest going with someone professional who wants to do their job!
After 6 weeks they return my call asking if I still want help. I cannot recommend them to anyone in good conscience.
