The young paralegal who helped my nephew a few months ago was amazing and always had a positive attitude. He enjoyed getting to work with her on his case. However, I am leaving 2 stars just because of her. If it were solely based on my attorney Mr. Bailey the review would be 1 star. Whenever I would call to try and speak with him he was never available, or would tell the young lady he’d give a call back. The call back never came. Every time I’d call the nice young lady would help me as best as she could but I was never actually allowed to talk to the attorney I hired as he was always busy or never there. I would not recommend Mr. Bailey as an attorney for his unprofessionalism.

Josh Bailey did not get me one court hearing in over a years time. I still have no rights to see my son. Family court finally dismissed the case due to inactivity. Tried firing him and get my money back but he would not release me or give me a refund. I am now filing with the SCBAR. I do not recommend hiring him!

This review is coming about 20 years late. Stuart Snow Sr helped me back in 2001 with a case involving a former employer. Mr. Snow treated me like family and I have not forgot over the years. I would highly recommend Mr. Snow and his associates. The case was settled and Mr. Snow helped with all the details after settlement even when he didn't have to. I have used a few other attorneys since 2001 but none compare to Mr. Snow Sr.
