Said he was going to take action on our case the week of the first appointment and over a month went by with nothing. Ignored our calls. We made a second appointment and he had a letter drafted with completely wrong information and to the wrong person. I had laid out the information very clearly for him prior in written form and provided all of the paperwork needed. Wasted a lot of time on a time sensitive issue.
