As there were some issues/misunderstanding during the closing on a house for my husband and I, Laurie Militello worked correct the issue. For that we are thankful.

Was referred to Timothy Eades from another attorney because he was capable of doing a land purchase contract and deeding for me. Had my meeting and all sounded well and good. Over a year passed without even a phone call, letter or anything. Just went back today to tell them about it and that I wanted my files back. They said my files got misplaced under a mound of other paperwork that's why no one ever looked at it or called me back. That is totally unacceptable and because of their carelessness with my important documents I lost almost $5,000 and all they could say was "sorry". That's not good enough for me and I hope if anyone else reads this review they do not use them ever.
