Don't give this company your money...Because I am a busy person and run three companies, my local Edward Jones advisor thought he should punish me by locking my online access to my own account. I haven't been able to access my account for three months. After contacting him, he replied that because I have not returned phone calls or emails, he locked my account. I have requested my account be closed and no one has responded. What are they doing with my account? Stealing my money? Schoolyard bully advising people on what do do with their money? Using Gestapo tactics and locking my account for non communication. Really? This company is a rip off. My advice: Go to T. Rowe Price. I have my main retirement account with them and they have never tried this type of bullying. What has this world come to? If my bank did this to me, I'd be filing a lawsuit immediately!

This company is awful. Dont give them your money. They took my mothers money and collected fees for two years before deciding that I needed guardianship to manage my mothers money. Al I have done is pay her bills. Now I have to pay thousands in lawyer fees to get guardianship. The sad thing is, she is running out of money. Before I was convinced to move my mothers money to Edward Jones, I had complete control of her dwindling money supply. Edward Jones is using legal maneuvers that they should have confirmed due diligence before taking her money over two years ago.

When I called Edward Jones, I was hoping to get things financially in order for myself amd family. I have always heard great things about Edward Jones, so why not? I did not anticipate talking to a kid. I believe it was Tyler B. He only cared about making the most money for himself in the long run and did not want to hear what i wanted for my family. He acted like he did not have the time to talk to me and just wanted to get to the next person. Do not go through Edward Jones, or at least this branch. If you do, ask for someone besides Tyler. So much for a reputable company that cares for their customers.

Read reviews carefully before investing. Edward Jones charges high fees and gets kick backs from funds they steer you into. The customer is in third place to Edward Jones and the broker. Don't take my word for it; read online commentary. Do yourself a favor and find a fiduciary with a degree in economics and a CFP certificate.
