Spoke to Shannon when I was finally able to get in contact with someone after two weeks of leaving voicemails, she was very rude and was very unprofessional insinuating I didn't do a task properly on my end. Will be filing a complaint to the BBB. Thanks to Dawn, she was the only person that was able to give me the information I needed. Shannon, these reviews should tell you, you're either in the wrong business, or you need a serious attitude adjustment. Good luck and good riddance.

these people are money grubbing pond scum and they are allergic to answering or returning calls

I called to set up arrangements to pay with Shannon for judgment I had against me in Dec 2021. I told her how much I could pay monthly. She told me she would send out some information on how to pay judgment. I never received that information. January ‘22 I called the offices back to see why I haven’t received information to make a payment. Shannon told me I was a lie and that I should have received information. I told her I did not want to debate with her whether I received the papers and plain and simple need the info to pay. She continued to disagree with me so I asked to speak to someone else. She then hung the phone up in my face. When I called back she stated that no one in the office would Talk to me because I’m not the one making the payment!!! Horrible customer service for a lawyers office and so tacky. I see why their reviews are so low.

yes they’re no good i have garnishment for car that got repo my job stop garnishment but they say they didn’t get all there money i paid 10,000 down so now so i’m starting all over again i don’t make much but do they care no i prayed to God that how they’re ripping off the poor out here i really don’t wanna put 0 stars

Based on the reviews I've read about this office, I was nervous about calling. I called several times and left voicemails to make sure I was heard. My voicemail was returned within the day and I had a very pleasent, professional experience. I followed up the next day, called once and left one voice mail. A few hours later, my call was returned by Shannon who was very helpful. They had resolved my situation. Over all experience was pretty good having never dealt with an attorney before.
