Based on the reviews I've read about this office, I was nervous about calling. I called several times and left voicemails to make sure I was heard. My voicemail was returned within the day and I had a very pleasent, professional experience. I followed up the next day, called once and left one voice mail. A few hours later, my call was returned by Shannon who was very helpful. They had resolved my situation. Over all experience was pretty good having never dealt with an attorney before.

I have a garnishment for a vehicle that was repossessed. I have paid back what was owed on the vehicle and then some, yet I can not get in touch with these people to find out what court costs I am paying or interest or anything. I have paid over $15,000 and all I can get is a voicemail and no one returns my calls.

One star is too much! I called on several occasions and left messages do not return calls. A JOKE!!!

Does not return phone calls. Refuses to fax or email documents and continuously states that they will send it in the mail and it never arrives.
