I get good advice from Tim Wollmer, as I always received from Jim Egr in years gone by.
Stood for 20 minutes to be seated. Was passed multiple times as wait staff went to and from kitchen. Cook came out for a break and took pity on me. Took my order and seated me. Brought my food out in a carry out bag and the waitress finally came up to cash me out. I handed the cook a $10 tip. Bit the waitress I just rolled my eyes at her excuses.
Wollmer has handled wills, financials, and other legal matters; he is professional, caring, friendly. We are fortunate to have him and his skill set in David City.
Took the case when no other attorney would even consider taking the case.
