Eisenberg & Carton

Lloyd Eisenberg behaved like a thug in court on June 15, 2017 (Nassau County 10th Judicial District). He was rude, belligerent, and disrespectful. His conduct was unbecoming an attorney and an officer of the court. I came to pick my brother up from his arraignment. He was released without bail. His wife was there with her boyfriend (Lloyd J. Eisenberg), who presented himself as her lawyer, came to see that my brother 'gets what he deserves' (Eisenberg). When the judge released my brother without bail, his wife and Lloyd didn't like the outcome and reacted by causing a raucous in the court room, behaving disruptively and disorderly; subsequently, they were expelled by the court officer sergeant. She stormed out, slamming the door. She was followed by Lloyd, who was escorted by the Sergeant. Her eyes locked mine and she venomously and with relish spouted obscenities at me. As she slithered past me, Lloyd immediately jumped in front of me, his finger pointing in my face and said with hissing anger, spittle spraying from his mouth: 'If you touch her or even speak in her direction, I'll kill you!' A few other choice words followed. Upon hearing Lloyd verbally abuse me, the sergeant and two other court officers shuffled out Mary and Lloyd from the court building, banning them from returning. As they were leaving the building, the sergeant reprimanded Lloyd, telling him that as a lawyer he should know better how to behave. I feel violated and victimized, replaying in my head the terrible interaction I had with Lloyd and my brother's wife. I feel threatened because my path will cross with my brother's wife and I will have to look at her. I shouldn't have to fear for my safety. Lloyd Eisenberg is a belligerent bully and he should be stopped.
