Nothing but positive things to say. He called me back in a timely manner as was great. While I have not retained him (as of yet) he gave me very good legal advice on what to say. Was very honest in saying it may not be worth it financially. Told me what to say but most importantly what not to say. Should I need legal advice this is definitely the lawyer I will be hiring!

I am writing this review to tell everyone what a great person, and lawyer Mr. Peck is. We had received a bogus bill from a dentist we had stopped seeing 3 years prior. We never received a bill about this, then all of a sudden,3 years later they said we owed money. We have never NOT paid a bill we had received in our life, so this was very disturbing. Mr. Peck assured us he would handle our case, and he did. In a very short time, Mr. Peck handled this case. He contacted their office, and asked for proof of this bill. Of course, they could not produce it, so they then said we owed $0.00. Mr. Peck, and his office staff were absolutely great. If you need an attorney to handle something like this, I HIGHLY recommend the Peck Law Firm!

Rick Peck and his team were an absolute godsend for us in settling a incorrectly billed hospital procedure.
