Had an appointment. Never received a call. Tried calling and was told he was busy and he'll call me back. Waited an hour no call. Tried calling again the Lebanese lady said he's too busy to talk to me. I told her I have an appointment and she said that she sees my name but the lawyer is to busy to talk to me. She said if I'd like to pay another $250 for an emergency appointment. Don't waste your time with this business. All positive reviews are most likely from friends and family. Please look elsewhere or you'll end up sending them money for no reason.

The worst office and the worst staff They took 3800 from me and they didn’t bring my fiancé and as a matter fact, I called them for past two weeks, asking to speak to Mohammed El shernoby And asking him what’s going on with my case they always tell me they’ll call you back and they never did and your associate is pregnant. It is not my problem. You should’ve had someone else handled my case.

I would like to thank Mr.Mohamed elsharnoby very much that he helped me get my green card for my mother in law I would also like to thank one of his employees Mrs.Hind she was very nice and understanding woman.

I made an appointment to have a personal call with Elsharnoby lawyer himself, by paying $150 by Zelle. Appointment was supposed to be after exactly 5 business days. Didn't get the call. Next day I called to see whyi didn't get the call, and was told He was in court and couldn't get mt call, so instead they would call me that same day. And then same thing, didn't get his call again. Next day I called again, and was not really given a straight answer on why. The Lebanese Lady on the phoe apologized on his behalf, and told me that today he would call for sure. But then again for the third day no call again. So I was done by this point and didn't want the call anymore, and just wanted my $150 back. They told me we would send you a check instead of just paying me back by Zelle. (zelle is an istant pay to your account). Took a week for the check to arrive. It was just a headache and waste of time. The only reason why I am giving 2 starts instead of 1, is because the Lebanese Lady was very professional and apologizing for things that weren't her fault.
