Very helpful trial lawyer
My daughter was at a club with her friends The Police cuffed her on the spot in front of her 3 friends and put her in the police car. She was latter patted down by an additional police officer (female) who was questioning her!!! At no time was she given her rights!! We are good people - she was deprived of her Constitutional Rights and we ask the charges be dismissed???
