Kate! What an awesome human being firstly, and an even better representing agent! No one wants to deal with the hardship that comes with losing a loved one, much less when the probate court is involved, but Ms. Kate does such a great job of easing the burden that is having to deal with the court system. I very much underestimated the gravity of the circumstances I was dealing with when I initially went through the probate process. I soon realized it would be best to seek legal advice and representation and I can 100% say that I would not look any further than Ms. Kate. Ms. Kate really knows her stuff and is familiar with the Clayton & Henry County probate system. Her confidence with the system made me feel comfortable and cemented the idea that I and my fathers estate were in great hands. Mr. Arnold provided excellent service in handling my divorce. He was always professional and consistent in preparing and sending documents in a timely manner. Whenever I had questions or concerns he was always available and I would receive a response to email or phone call within 24-48 hours. He was also tough when neccessary in dealing with the opposing counsel, and honest in the advice he provided me even at times when it was not necessarily what I wanted to hear. More recently, Mr. Arnold has helped me through a few other legal matters regarding my daughter, and once again provided excellent service and advice.
