Oh my I have been with Mr Goodman for so many years. He is a #1 lawyer to go to if you need help. I have sent so many people to him and got great response from them. If you want to win, then Goodman is the man.

I received a letter stating I owed on an old credit card. I was told the wrong amount that was owed. I was able to provide statements showing payments that were made on the balance. Someone from the law firm reached out to me and corrected the amount that was owed. I agreed to have payments taken out of my bank account each month until I could pay the rest of the balance off. A couple months later I get a letter in the mail stating that I owe the original amount despite having statements showing the correct balance. I called multiple times trying to get somebody on the phone nobody answered. I reached out on an email that was on the letter I received. someone contacted me via email and stated the amount that I owed which I responded with proof of the amount being paid and the correct amount that I actually owe. I responded to the email that was sent to me and now none of my emails will go through. It keeps saying the sender doesn’t exist. Still cannot get anybody on the phone and now I can’t even correspond via email. I want to be able to pay the rest of the balance off but I am not going to pay what they are saying I owe because it’s not correct. It’s sad when someone is willing to pay off a credit card debt and close the account but can’t get anybody to respond to their emails or phone calls.

Everyone was pleasant, but if your looking to negotiate a debt just call... not worth going in person. Kind of confusing to find once at location, but be sure to read the directory board on the wall to your left in lobby and you should be fine
