Worse lawyers ever. No updates for months. Won't return phone calls or emails. When they do call your treated disrespectful. Especially how many people as an infant knows what your address was. Or every address you lived at if your over 50 years old. I'll give everyone a hint there's been legislation put in place by congress that limits this type of lawyer to 10% only for compensation on your case.

Filed with them in 2021 and they have always returned my emails and calls in a reasonable amount of time. While I’m still waiting for the case to resolve they have done their due diligence to file on my behalf with the court system and keep me appraised of changes in litigation. I’m one person among many that they deal with so I try to keep my expectations managed!

Been working with this group since 2020. Things started off ok but we are 3 months shy of finishing off year 4. Last oct I was told work history should be done by Dec 2022. I call June 2023 and found the papers were ready and dated Jan 2023. They forgot to send them for 6 months. This is after the fact that the prior excuses were waiting on my military medical records. When questioned about this during the October 2022 phone call Kelly stated I could just sign a waiver for those because they don't count because I missed the cutoff by a year?? Something about 1984?? So why did we wait the 2 years on my military medical records to finally say I could just waiver them and move on. There is definitely some organizational issues with these types of errors causing extensive delays. Now I call and leave unanswered messages with Kelly. Very poor communications

They called me and they did the paperwork and said they would be in touch. I call later and the lawyer was rude and said that I missed the deadline and that they didn't call me... I looked up and it was their number. She pretty much said I am screwed and that was that... these people could be scammers, be careful. They also think I can get paperwork from the VA overnight.

Did NOTHING for us. I don't think they ever pursued any documents pertaining to our case. Was assigned an attorney, but never heard from him and they just sent a denial letter. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
