Called to ask a general question about my laptop (charger related). Took his time to give me solid advice and was polite even though I wasn’t buying anything. Will definitely come in when I do need repair/want to upgrade!

I've had Epic build three computers for myself and one computer for a friend, all over the span of about 15 years. They did a wonderful job on each one and they all have run great. Epic has also done a nice job of cleaning out and tuning up the computers. Now it's finally time to get a new computer and I'll have Epic build it for me. I heartily recommend them.

Fixed my laptop for $80 less than Last Stop wanted. Nice guy, communicates with you throughout the process. ????
