If you're a corrupt HOA board or management company, look no further than Epsten. If you're looking for legitimate attorneys that uphold city and state laws and help make your HOA community better in any way, then hire literally any other firm or light your money on fire instead.
Epsten, who used to be Epsten Grinell and Howell, finally changed their name to reflect the fact the Grinell and Howell had retired mnay years ago. This "law firm" does not respresent the moral side of the profession. They support HOA Boards and Property Management Companies who deal in lies and inept HOA Management. But, like most lawyers, pay them the money and they will do your dirty work for you. No questions asked.
These guys are as bad as it gets. I worked with them on two separate occasions and I assure you, they will find a way to let you down, overcharge, and ultimately disgust you. Their 'senior litigator' Rian Jones is especially terrible. He is smug, insincere, and can't be taken for his word. Please avoid this firm at all costs, you won't regret it.
