I can tell you that Attorney Erickson is an excellent lawyer, Thorough willing to invest the time. I had been through two attorneys prior but my most effective and invested was Att. Erickson. ????????????????????????

Does not listen to you, a "take your money and do nothing Lawyer." Used none of my evidence in court, made no objections and misfiled a $55,000 suite in small claims, totaling less than $7,000. Did not tell us of the counter suite against us until it came up in court. I have filed a grievance with the South Carolina Bar and am applying for a refund through the Lawyer's Fund. I have asked him twice to refund my money. He does not respond. Do not trust him, any lawyer in Beaufort would be better than him. His actions speak louder than his words.

We lost...He let the other attorney intimidate him. Allowed him to batter me. We heard he took a bribe to throw the case. Unfortunate was what Eric said to me when I asked him about it. I have asked for my money back as per clause in our contract. He has yet to answer.
