It would have been understandable if an explanation of the conflict if interest was explained to me. I understand business and the process of the court system, as well as having the right to have the reason for refusal of services to be disclosed. I've heard nothing but good things about your law office and your professionalism, thus the reason I contacted your office. There had to be a personal reason to refuse to at least hear my complaint for 20 minutes. So don't try to convince your reviewers that I'm a subpar person. I needed your help and you refused service, because the return phone call was so fast to notify me of your refusal I am lead to believe that I was discriminated against for some reason. If the conflict of interest involved was pertaining to anything not personal, I'm sure it would have been explained .
