Obviously when you find yourself in this situation it is incredibly stressful. Matt and the team gave me a sense of reality and hope for a good outcome. The end result was NOT GUILTY, obviously an awesome result, especially when the prosecutor would not negotiate the charges. The county brought in two police officers and a witness to try to bury me. But with Matt’s expertise and trial savvy we were able to get the judge to find me not guilty as there was not enough evidence for a guilty verdict In the Honorable Judge’s opinion.
