I've been looking for help for a week to make a payment that requests immigration but they always tell me that the person handling my case is not available, it's very unprofessional because that depends on my status

Used this guy to get the process started , called monthly to check to check on status , month over month they stated everything was going great, 5 months in we realize that he had never sent in any paperwork. He then blamed his secretaries and told me that he had a more expensive package that would expedite our immigration case ahead of the other ones. At one point when i called his secretaries told me that some paperwork had been lost .drove the 2 hours to his office and it was never lost..just not touched . Used a different lawyer and everything went Great. Won't tell you who to use,just not this office. No usen este abogado.
