Would not recommend using them for any land sales. My sister and I have been waiting for 4 months to sale 4 acres of land. It always seems to be one thing or another as to why they haven't finished it up. They have missed not one not two but three deadlines. Not mention us having to do part of their job along the way. We won't be doing business with them in the future and I will be finding out if this falls under legal malpractice or negligence.
Very helpful with property closing, and also with questions after closing. Great to work with and friendly.
