Even though the store moved to a different location, courtesy and good manners are still in place. Fast and friendly service. You can either order online and get the merch delivered or order online and pick it up in person. If you pock up in person, it is faster as it's ready the next day. No big waiting line! Great system at the entrance with qr code to scan to get called when it's your turn.
In my experience: excellent costumer service and uniform pieces mostly have good quality. In my opinion they insanely expensive even because COVID. Getting 2 outfits for each child if a family of 3-4 you may end up to 1k!!probably more. And their discount bundles are basically useless and you must spend 3x what you need to get $30 voucher! Or to save 10%. Depends what bundle you may qualify! Ps. Go in July by appointment and it’s not busy and so easy to get that trip done.
Waiting for 7 weeks for simple gym t shirts! Ordered in July and still not ready. Cant get any answers they its taking so long . Had to go in a second time to pick up an order i asked them to SHIP. Had to go in a third time to buy an ill fitting gym shirt for start of school until proper size arrives!
It was a bad responsibility, we went to the store and it was completely closed and without any plates. They moved and didn't put any warnings, there were a lot of people in front too thinking the store was there. Several people from other cities trying to go buy the uniform but they moved. They didn't even bother to at least put it on the website or on the door of the store saying that they moved elsewhere and that there was no one. But what makes me the most angry is that before I went to the store, I had called them and they had told me yes, that the store was yes open... 0% responsibility and empathy with other people..
Would have given 5 stars if they had telephone booking. McCarthys only offers online or QR code outside place for your # postion in line. Staff is amazing and clothing is great packaged quality. Excellent service. THANK YOU.
