For the love of goodness! I haven't been here but my Google maps says I have. I can't delete it and it keeps asking me to rate this business. So, I will give this business 5 stars for no reason whatsoever.
Tim Evans and his staff were very helpful during the time of our loss of our father. They helped us through the estate sale right through the distributions of funds and final filing of the 1041. So glad someone introduced us to them and I will definitely refer friends to them as well.
Can not get a call back.... just like other reviewers have posted. Curious to see if they'll respond the same to me and say they have no record of me like they did the others ... My checks have been getting garnished from an old debt and they have not provided me a garnishment release form or the refund for overpayment that is due to me. I've left countless voicemail to the point that I feel bad for the front desk staff that have to keep taking my calls. I am more than happy to change this review if someone contacts me today.
They take a long time to make contact with you. Lori is very disrespectful. She hung up on me while on the phone then refused to contact me at all on the phone after that. I got ahold of her through email though. Don't recommend.
Could not get calls returned. The backup person (who was out) does not have a backup on their voicemail. Just frustrating. Also, my parents were John’s client. Not me. Dad liked him. That’s all I got With persistence, a colleague at the office got ahold of John and he spoke with me
