The service is very comprehensive and efficient. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable and timely. For a process that was overwhelming, Evergreen made it seem doable. They explained the process in detail and asked appropriate questions allowing me to have the confidence in knowing my needs were met.

It is a good product. A little concerned we never saw a lawyer. The law clerks were very competent, even though there was change during our process. They followed thru and got documents where they need to be in a timely manner. They were good about answering questions.

The free online seminar offered by Evergreen helped me to better understand what advice to give to my elderly family member seeking support with a will. Two of my friends have had good experiences with Evergreen in setting up trusts for their children.

I thought the presentation was excellent. It made me think about things I had not thought about beyond a Last Will. Also clarified the different kinds of Trusts as well as other options to protect my assets as well as the assets I want my children to have upon my death. I recommend everyone watch the presentation.

Horrible experience!! Very poor clerical and communication skills. They requested copies when they needed originals, sent important papers to the wrong address, couldn't find emails I had sent 5 times, etc.... Never did they explain what they were doing or what the process would be. After blowing through the first $6,000 retainer with very little actual progress made it was clear that they intended to milk 20 to 30k out of our dad's small to modest, noncontested, all heirs in perfect agreement estate. Also it took 2 months to get the remainder of my second retainer refunded once I told them I would no longer require their services. BEWARE!!!
