I'd imagine Experian is what happens if you took a truly heinous historical figure and had them operate a corporate entity maximizing human suffering. The entire customer service process is riddled with dark design: you call and get a machine telling you to go to the website. The website deliberately hits you with errors when you attempt to get stuff done and tells you to call Experian. Repeat ad infinium until the human will is broken down and you give up. The company cannot verify my identity even though I am providing all of the big three pieces of personally identifiable information.
I’m trying to cancel my account with Experian. So far web site won’t go thru. After 4 different ways i can’t get it cancelled. Lousey
Experian is a tool of repression. If you call you Only reach ai. You can not get a simple thing done. Ai tells you to go online. You go online and it tells you to call the number you just called. So you go to corporate office, it looks vacant but it's full of ai computers. The corp office tells you to go their warehouse 3 miles away. You get there and main door is locked. But off to side of building is entrance. There you will finally find a real person to help you. So recap. 4 days of calling 20 times, go 12 miles away to office to be sent 3 miles away to warehouse office. Yeah that really is so easy Experian, you are the bestest. They are Satan's financial company
Horrible customer service call go to other country they don’t say, what is the name, or employee number! anytime they want to hang up the phone on you they do . Rude ! and usually usually is a pain until contact with Experian ! should be on the phone about hours and hours and hours and so, luckily pick up the phone ! that is not a customer service experience, offer people to getting $20 per month to better seve you but not true . .
Experian Phico score which I know is not controlled by experience, but I have no direct contact with Phico, so why in God‘s name is the amount of new credit even a consideration even only 10% but still when you acquire new credit is considered a negative when it should be a positive. Yes, when you get new credit, you get additional credit which increases your overall credit line, which makes your potential balance of debt to credit stronger however, based upon the number of new credit cards that you get it can become a negative why in today’s age, people are constantly shopping around for better deals better products getting rid of old ones and buying new ones. It’s the same with credit cards getting rid of an old credit card and having a shorter history doesn’t mean that you have bad credit it might mean you’re a good financial manager and doing the best thing for yourself but the Phico scored just makes absolutely no sense regards to that.
