F Marian Weeks

Both have been warned. She did my arbitration in my divorce. She is biased. She had been in contact with my wife prior to arbitration. She was late, had a messed up knee. I had to carry a chair around for her during arbitration. I had a list of gifts and premarital things. She would not call anyone to verify, however she let my wife call people. Not only is she biased but she gave my wife my fathers property. He had Alzheimer’s. But she didn’t care she just gave it away. I will be reporting her to the bar. July 19 update. I noticed my post had 3 stars so I am editing it to one. Would rate less if I could. Also I have spoken with another attorney who said we will be able to get my fathers possessions back. I should have hidden my fathers belongings and this would have never happened. So I am warning both men and women alike that she has zero ethics. Apparently she doesn’t understand what’s important in life. My father passed away one month after she gave HIS personal property away.

Mariano did an excellent job getting to the truth of the matter. I would recommend her for any divorce where the children are involved.

She always makes sure the Mom loses her children! A complete fake! She enjoys it and smiles about it before the judge ruled on it.

Marian is by far one of the BEST attorneys/guardians/mediators in Cobb county and quite frankly, all of Georgia. Dont let the ole gal go you, She is sharp as a tact! She is extremely organized! She can litigate like nobody's business! The bottom line is, if Marian believes in you and your case, YOU WILL WIN! DO NOT try to BS her and give her all of the facts and evidence and trust her to go to bat for you. I love this lady so much. As more than an attorney but I love her spirit! The woman she is, her honesty, her integrity, her feistiness!
