Absolutely disgusted with this company. They are "reviewing" a case they are garnishing me for. I have NO KNOWLEDGE of the account. It is also from 2006. Recently, taxes were filed using my social. Things are tough right now and these people are RUDE. Their representatives hang up on people. I will be going to court to see what can be done about the fraud they are committing. If you want to speak with someone, you are on hold for half an hour then get hung up on. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, and I shouldn't even be dealing with them- that's the crazy part.

An absolute terrible company. They have received 1100 dollars in OVERPAYMENT from me. They somehow lost a payment from my employer. And now as I sit on hold for 20 minutes. If they receive an ACH payment, why can't they refund me the same way. They informed me that about half of the overpayment was mailed out a week ago, still not sure about the other half. As they probably don't care about reviews, this isn't probably going to help me. Wish I could give them 0 stars....

Tried calling multiple times Ever since I recieved my summons papers and I haven't been able to get help from them what so ever.

I’m giving these guys 5 stars . They are a good firm. All the bad reviews on here are from clients that got sued by the people that owed them money because , they weren’t paying their bills. This is always a companies last resort, having to go legally to get someone’s money that is Rightfully owed to them. So it’s no surprise that the people that are getting sued are on here complaining.

They don't have the integrity that a good business should. They haven't a single problem making sure they get a garnishment on your check, but in the instance they owe you money, they just don't know when they will get around to giving you back the money dully owed to you. A business with pride and integrity, would be sure to send back overpayments just as quick as they swiped them from someone's check. They get an F from me.
