Ken Farrell was referred to me by the Erie County Bar Association - which provided confidence from the start. He and his team continued to earn that confidence throughout the whole process. In brief - Ken assisted in domesticating a Canadian divorce and ensuring that a subsequent QDRO agreement was appropriately developed and filed. I had worked with several other lawyers to conduct this work, but none were astute and diligent enough to work through the novel challenges presented. Took 2 **YEARS** to complete a divorce that never even had to go to court for my boyfriend ... they were holding up us moving forward with our life together, and HE was the one who had to initiate emails/phone calls to even keep things moving along. They did a fantastic job of making it clear that my boyfriend was *no priority whatsoever*. (I had a divorce of my own, with a very similar situation, and it took a total of just under 3 months with a FAR better lawyer ... so I had an idea what should have happened). Don't waste your money or time even thinking of going to them.

I live in a community and and had to pay back rent which was already done but I seem to still be getting certified letters in the mail the attorney that came to the door through papers in my wife's face it was very disrespectful when today the 27th of January 2020 I had talked to her on the phone and I had asked why the paperwork had said that I had tried to be served three times in one day when that never happen and she could not give me a straight answer. She hung up the phone on me very rude and disrespectful. I think people should take their business elsewhere and they should get attorneys that know what the heck they're doing and how to go about business. If anyone needs a good attorney call Mark Aquino his office is located in the village of Lancaster he's very respectful very prompt on everything that he does.

Very professional service. A pleasure to work with Jennifer Farrell and the staff in Hamburg N.Y. She achieved the outcome we were hoping for and we couldn't be happier with the level of inter-action. We would easily refer her again in the future.

Horrible. Rude and unprofessional. I was shocked with their discourteous attitude. I also witnessed them essentially throw out a nice young, polite saleswoman in an uncivil way. Not a way to conduct business in front of a potential client.
