My experience with John Fay was outstanding. I was married for 35 years when my husband asked for a divorce. I was devestated and overwhelmed with grief. John provided not only outstanding legal advice, but emotional support too. My divorce was complicated. Many friends cautioned me that divorce lawyers are out for your money. I can honestly state that, many times, John would direct me to proceed in ways so that I would not end up spending unnecessary money. John's staff went outside the box to make sure I understood the divorce process. They were friendly and empathetic. Lastly, I must say. that John has a tremendous amount of patience especially when I became anxious with the divorce process.

My experience w/ Donald Phelan was awful. I would not recommend him for divorce or any other legal help. He's all about money and racking the bill up as much as he can. My bill from him was 6k and that was just him filing divorce papers, that's ALL he did. Find yourself a better lawyer that will listen and work FOR you, not for himself.
