I called Fellerman & Ciarimboli about a month ago because I was being threatened with legal action. We spoke on the phone for about 20 minutes. They told me that I did not need an attorney. They also articulated a couple conditions in which I may need an attorney later on if circumstances changed. They were 100% correct. Other attorneys may have asked for a retainer fee when it was not necessary. I am glad I called them first. I never thought I would hear an attorney say “you don’t need an attorney yet”. Thank you.
