These people are a complete scam! I Just realize that they didn't do anything for the case I paid them for. it appears that I still owe the ticket that I hired them for. And the thing is they where supposed to send me information about my case wich they never did.????

Carlos personally handled my case. Not only is he very knowledgeable and capable, but also very respected within the judicial system. This is of vital importance in the process. Beyond that, appreciated that the expectations set were realistic and risks understood. Ultimately, we achieved a dismissal of my case, which was the goal and i am thankful for. Excellent service and very professional. No matter the traffic citation, always call Ferrer Shane if you ever receive ANY traffic tickets. My wife and I have been using their services for over 8 years and have never had an issue. They always get the tickets dismissed with no court fees, no pints, no traffic school, etc.
