The staff at this office have displayed a poor precedent for themselves by failing to respond for two weeks. After two phone calls, and a request from them to send an email with info regarding my case, I replied with an email which included everything which was requested by this firm. Apparently these guys only want clear-cut cases which require no effort on their own part. I sent them the requested response, which contained the attached contract which was of main concern, along with a simple, 1-page Word document which explained very clearly and succinctly my case. I’m a medical provider in the Nashville area, and this law group was recommended to me by one of their repeating clients. I’m extremely unimpressed at this point, and I hate to say that I’ll have to recommend that others do not use this group based on my own experience, as my experience with them hasn’t been only entirely ineffective, but one that was outright negative. If you’re a healthcare provider, don’t waste your time. Steer clear of this office.
