Finer & Winn

I was a RN who was injured on the job. I was a complete emotional mess after having 3 back surgeries. The hospital worked for ( for over 17 years!!) wanted to get rid of me. When i hired jeffrey finer, i expected an aggressive attorney who cared about justice for his client!!! Long story short, i was FORCED to resign from the hospital !!! The hospital refused to pay for the correct surgeryy for my back because it was " too expensive" !! After jeffrey finers screw up, i had to hire a disability attorney and go on soc. security disability to get the CORRECT surgery ( a double level cage fusion).!! My disability attorney ( Robin Pugsley , and Robin Franz) was aggressive, compassionate, and extremely effective , in a very short time !! My incompetent attorney(jeffrey finer), completely dropped the ball , and my disability attorney got me the correct surgery, and got me a settlement!! Some attorneys have the passion and aggressiveness to be effective and trustworthy------- and then there are attorneys who do the bare minimum. Please, PLEASE , if you are looking for a great attorney , do not consider Jeffrey Finer!! His poor judgement affected my life, my future and took away my options for the future !!

Jeffry is a bold face liar and a manipulator.. he will tell you exactly what you want to hear! And then do whatever serves himself! I would not recommend him to anyone for any reason ever.. as well as he continuously tried to hit on my wife even though he is a married man!! This should give you an Idea about his integrity and morals! He should be dis barred!
