I called for a consultation on a vaccine injury case. A flu vaccine containing Thimerosal preservative specifically. The intake lawyer stopped me to tell me how vaccines were "safe". So, why is there a vaccine injury court with lawyers paid for free of charge through the federal vaccine injury compensation program? I asked him if he had ever read anything about Thimerosal and/or mercury toxicity and he said "no". A vaccine injury law firm that has never heard of Thimerosal is laughable as it's one of the most famous harmful ingredients used as a preservative in vaccines. Under public pressure it was removed from most vaccines but, not the flu vaccines. Terrible law firm.

Great attorney, great person. Helped me in 1992 with some medical legal issues and I've talked about him and how grateful I am to him many time since then. One of his great thoughts he taught me was to never tell someone "I know how you feel" because unless you have experienced the same exact situation, which is very unlikely, people are offended by someone saying that to them.
