Legal action will be taken!!!!

I've been calling for hours trying to pay my claim and no one picks up the phone. It says the office is open on the letter I received. It is currently Wednesday at 9 AM so I don't understand why no one is picking up the phone! I can get in big trouble if this is not payed and I'm trying so hard to reach someone with questions and my payment. I hope nothing bad comes of this because my claim will be payed late.

Not at all helpful. Asked for repayment options. The only option they gave is 6$ less per month. What's the point of that??

They try to use scare tactics to push people. Don't let them fool you.
