This group is worse than the Dowd group. They continuously mocked me by insinuating that I could not pay cash for my overcharged services after waiting more than 2 months after the conclusion for a resolution to close the case. They continuously changed policy without explanation or notice. Apparently they can't afford stamps anymore. I absolutely would not recommend.
