Todd is unprofessional and acts like he controls the City of O’Fallon. I think he forgets he was merely hired by the city. He could be someone worth while, but he would rather lie and cheat his way through life. Hopefully he focuses his time on actually helping people with city issues rather than treat citizens like peasants and peons. Sorry Toddy boy, you’re nothing more than garbage. This is all my personal opinion!!!!!

I knew Todd as a classmate at the Toulouse University. I have to say that he is excellent explaining things, moreover his international experience qualify him for dealing with different kinds of problems. If you look for a lawyer with a excellent quality as a person , good values and that will compromise with your issues until reach a solution, this is the man.

Thoroughly disappointed at the unprofessionalism displayed by Todd Fleming in a court of law. Not only did he use profanity repeatedly in court but then when I addressed my concern he took and already agreed upon deal off the table as retaliation. Todd is a poor representation of the city of O'Fallon and the legal profession.
