My wife and I had a horrible experience using this law firm to prepare legal documents for us prior to our marriage. Their drafts are extremely sloppy with inaccurate data and misspellings all over the place. They likely offshore the preparation work because honestly who would misspell "Home Depot" or the name "Michael" multiple times in a legal document (and where is the review by a paralegal???). The most ridiculous part is they charge the clients for revisions to these careless mistakes. Sorry, but why are WE paying for YOUR mistakes??!?!? After our legal documents were finalized we had to chase them around to get a refund of the retainer. Again they charged us for the time it took for them to email us back (again why are WE paying for YOUR internal issues?). FINALLY after 3 months of the documents being finalized we got the final refund and we are at the point where we don't even want to bother arguing with them over the frivolous charges. We don't mind paying for high quality service, but their lack of quality and difficultly to deal with doesn't justify any price. STAY AWAY and watch your invoices because they will ROB you blind. Questionable business practices and lawyers.

Worst experience with a lawyer Ive ever had to endure. My original attorney appointed to help w my case had left the firm and began practicing elsewhere within the first year of this whole process and this was w out any notice, warning or anything at all. I’m given a new attorney whom I now have to re explain everything I’ve just worked on over the last year w my last lawyer (yes, they had notes made previously but none of it had anything to do w my case and I had to send my paperwork back 4x before I’d sign it because it just wasn’t the case at all). Over time, this happens 2 more times before finally I tell them I just want the money I had paid in advance (almost $2k) and that was left in my account for future use. This is when I’m told someone will give me a call back about it once they review what all had happened. Finally, a women calls me and tells me that my very first lawyer took it w him when he left and I should reach out to him personally and ask about it and for it. I called his new firm and he won’t speak to me, but assured me that never would’ve been allowed and he could not have done that. I basically paid them $5000 for nothing. Very disappointed and would highly recommend finding a firm wanting to be more involved in your case and that’s honest and trustworthy.

My father and I had a great experience with Florida Law Advisers, P.A.. We had a garnishment issue that needed to be handled quickly. It was taken care of fairly quickly and we are very pleased with all of the help they provided us. They had a great amount of great advice and always assured us that everything will work out the way we needed it to. Definitely recommend again. Very attentive. Very knowledgeable. Helbert and his Erwin have been amazing! Thank you again, guys!!

Very helpful not once but twice with my case. Thank you so much Florida law advisers. If I have another issue I will be coming back again because I trust you guys in getting things done and always keeping me in the loop.

Mr. Barnett did a tremendous job handling my bankruptcy. I had to file a personal bankruptcy because of some pretty massive business debt. He was extremely thorough and explained the whole process. Once I got serious about getting my documentation together the process went extremely smooth. It only took one conference call with the trustee and within about a month and a half it was settled. Huge relief off my shoulders and I highly recommend him.
