Interacted with Ben Tucker at this firm. Sometimes the best lawyers keep you from pulling the trigger on lawsuits, saving you lots of money and aggravation. Glad that I met one like Ben Tucker.

I needed help on a real estate problem and needed a Rockingham County Realtor. The four star rating made Folger & Tucker seem a logical choice. I went to see Mr. Tucker in person, on February 2, 2021, explained my need and paid him the $200 he asked for as he assured me he would take care of this. I have called him several times until he finally said find someone else. Nothing was done but he kept the $200. As I am writing this off as a loss, I called and ask for a final bill. No response what so ever. Just so you don't fall for the four star reviews status.

Mr. Tucker was absolutely wonderful to work with.

Mr Tucker don't stand behind his clients the nc law says when 2people divorce each person is entitled to 50 percent of their properties I got nothing not even my family photos how Mr Tucker and Haynes Dallas got away with what they did to me I don't know
