Reviews

I was an associate attorney at Foreman Friedman beginning in 2012 to 2013. The work environment was hostile and abusive with almost no concern or focus on the Firm’s clients. While I worked there, I witnessed the partners assigning fake work assignments, including “exploratory research” assignments that have no relationship to the underlying case so that associate attorneys could bill needless hours to clients. I also witnessed partners removing hours from associates’ time sheets and rebilling those same hours as if a partner performed the work (at a much higher hourly rate). The firm is there to accomplish one task: bill clients regardless of the legality or merit of the bill. The management and moral problems among attorneys are some of the worst in the industry. There are plenty of competent law firms that will treat you right and provide exceptional representation. You do not need to subject yourself to the abuses of Foreman Friedman.
