They are not immigration lawyers, they lied to me from the beginning of my case and cost me nothing but time and money. Said they would have my fiance here in six months and it has been four years. Basically once they were paid they gave up on the case.

Their response time is usually not very quick. I felt great about the help and support I got until the end of my situation, not quite as much, but did help in ironing out a big issue. My experience working with Davis earlier on was great.

I wouldn’t listen to any of the bad reviews, Dave Foster is one of a kind. He is very knowledgeable, diligent and a wonderful, nice person. If you need a very good attorney and one with a pleasant personality and only looks out for his client, this is who you NEED to turn to. They always return calls and emails, that was never an issue! He was recommended to me by several other attorneys and they told me he is the best at what he does!! That should tell you a lot right there!

This is for Christopher Foster. I scheduled an appointment with him for immigration questions. He was totally unprepared, he kept checking the government website to answer my questions. He told me things that were not true and I had to contradict him. I paid $150 for an hour of consultation at the end of which he told me to call him for any other questions. Well, I left with even more questions than when I entered his office. I tried to call him for three weeks after, he was never in the office according to his secretary. He never called me back. I sent him an email and he never replied. The only email I received back was to tell me how much he would charge me for his services. The amount written was tripled the price he told me in the office. Does he know what he is doing? I am very disappointed!
