I reached out to Attorney Foyle after my previous attorney did not do his due diligence to make sure everything was accurate in my case. I was in a tough predicament and didn’t even know if things could be changed. Attorney Foyle listened to all my concerns and advised he would look into my previous trial to see if I even had a chance to appeal it. Once he did his thorough research he appealed it and we did in fact win. After the win he represented me in my new child support hearing and was very invested into making sure my children and my best interest was in mind. He set realistic expectations and was honest with me every step of the way. I did not get the dream outcome I wanted, but I did benefit from him representing me and I was informed of my options and felt supported. Court in Nc is never fun and can be unpredictable, but I like that attorney Foyle laid out everything on the table and I knew what to expect. I am thankful I hired his office and I would recommend him to anyone.

BEWARE!!!!!! I HIRED THIS LAWYER AND IT IS MY BIGGEST REGRET! I hired Jody Foyles for a child custody case in 2020. It went on for over 8 months, well into 2021. He nor his staff did anything for me. In fact they convinced me that it would be best to keep continuing my case. I got a bill each month and they would constantly charge me for phone calls that did not occur and court time that never happened. I ended up firing him, but not before I spent thousands and thousands of dollars for no reason. I ended up handling the matter myself and it worked out in my favor in less than a month. Though he never actually represented me in a court room, I am so thankful for that. After firing him I was able to see him in action, and any standard lawyer would eat him alive. He seems intimidated and very unsure, so if you are needing a lawyer who will fight for you, do not hire him. PLEASE CONSIDER OTHER LAWYERS!!

Attorney Foyles genuinely cares about his clients. He is empathetic and really wants what is best. His paralegal, Leydis is phenomenal and she is so kind.
