The problem with the legal system is no one can afford representation for issues. It is hard to litigate a $450 fee someone is trying to impose upon you when attorneys cost $400/hr just for a consultation. This doesn't help your community. Edit after update from owner: This is all fine and in good spirit, but before I could even get a question off to see if this would be worth my time and expense, I was cut off and told I would have to set up a $400/hr consult first. For those of us in between jobs with families, this does not qualify as affordable. The state was more helpful. The state.
Francis Hansen & Martin LLP has been representing the Central Oregon Association of REALTORS(R) and Multiple Listing Service of Central Oregon for many many years. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy and provide outstanding advice! They work hard to make sure their clients are protected and every attorney I have worked with at the firm has been a pleasure to work with.
